To equip trainee with the safety and hygienic techniques from preparation to end product.
To teach trainee a variety of pastries
To educate on the safety precautions in dry kitchen
To instill the importance of 100% adherence to hygiene
To adopt healthier methodology and dishes in meal preparation
Day 1 – Sponge/Butter Cake
Day 2 – Butter Cookies/Chocolate Cookies
Day 3 – Cupcake/Muffin
There will be no assessment but trainee will be assessed on every lesson on their safety and hygiene adherence
